The event I participated in was called “Sustainable Self Care: Tips for Better Wellness Amidst the Chaos” , held on 22/02/2022 via Zoom. The main reason I attended this was because academics can cause stress and this was more like a stress management event. The speaker started by addressing the global Coronavirus pandemic and how it has affected our lives and especially our wellness overall. Even if we are staying at homes, it is important to stay physically and mentally fit.
